After securing initial funding, Oostdam and co-founder Paweł Smoczyk made the bold decision to buy out their investors. They chose to self-finance the company’s further growth to maintain control over its future and focus on long-term product development.

Recruitee’s growth strategy is centered on organic growth, leveraging channels like SEO and brand-building. Today, the company has over 300 employees and continues to stand out in the HR tech space with a strong emphasis on automation, data analytics, and customer-centric processes.
